Job shaming is Evil. A job is a job. It's a way to pay for a living.
Have you ever judged someone because of their job or felt ashamed because your job wasn’t considered valuable enough?
You are not better than someone else simply because you have more degrees, a fancier title, or higher salary.
It is true that some jobs require more training and experience than others. It is also true that some pay more money and have greater status. But that doesn’t mean one job is more important than another.
In a society, every person matters and you should not look down upon someone for the work they are doing. Ever you think that our every step in life somehow depends on one or another profession.
If everyone will become doctor, engineer, accountant & attorney, then tell me who will work as shopkeeper? Who will construct our buildings, who will set our water or electricity supply, who will teach our children, who will stitch our clothes, who will grow our crops, who will cook our food, who will bring vegetables and fruits in our markets, who will clean our city refuse, who will collect plastic bottles and paper refuse for recycling, who will clean our hospitals, and over all who will protect us from enemies on boarders?
When people work for supporting themselves or their family, all work has dignity, and every worker deserves respect. When it is about respecting a profession, there is no minor or insignificant job. I believe each of our work that has a good intention is valuable.
Friends, any society is like a vehicle. If, a small part stops functioning, the vehicle will stop moving. Similarly if a single labourer or any professional stops working, the society can never move forward and prosperous.
