Hey Team, here are some suggestions for this week. I strongly believe that you will get a job soon. Please think and analyze each of the ideas below. Work extremely hard towards it, and very shortly, you will land a job in IT. Wish you well!
Hi Team,
We're launching a new initiative to provide daily suggestions for JobSeekers, aiming to expedite the job search process. Consider integrating these tasks into your daily routine for improved job-seeking success.
Today's JobSeeker Actions:
? Begin the week with a high-level plan outlining your focus areas. ? Identify specific goals for the week, such as core skills, frameworks, projects, coding, and communication. ? Schedule dedicated time each day for these activities. ? Start by optimizing your resume for ATS, incorporating relevant IT keywords, and then initiate job hunting activities.
My recommendation is to allocate 5 hours daily for preparation and 5 hours for job hunting. This structured approach can yield significant progress each day.
Best of luck! Plan for the week ahead and embark on your journey. ??
For consistent execution of job seeker actions, enhancing productivity and minimizing distractions are crucial. Follow these suggestions:
? Until you secure a job, refrain from using social media apps on your mobile; access them only through laptops. Uninstall or hide them, ensuring no mobile access.
? Create a dedicated workspace at home for job preparation and hunting. Avoid sitting on the sofa or bed; sit upright with focus and dedication.
? If you encounter a prolonged problem, take a 15-minute break and return with full attention to address the issue. You'll find tasks completing more smoothly.
Remember, high productivity leads to increased output. All the best!
JobSeeker Actions for today:
? Double-check to ensure you have uninstalled distracting social media apps from your phone. When preparing and job hunting, make sure to do it at a desk or table, not in your sleeping or relaxation area. This is crucial for productivity.

? Before attending an interview, boost your confidence level by performing the following activities: Drink water, take three deep breaths, and engage in confident self-talk such as "I am sharp, intelligent, confident, great, the best, cracking this interview, smart, the right person for this job," and so on. The more you do this with emotion, the more your state of mind and body will change, making you feel more confident. This confidence will reflect during your interview.
Applying this habit will be a great value addition. ??
Please review the JobSeeker Action suggestions for today [30 Nov]:
Apply the following action plan to secure a job: ? Ask yourself the main top 3 reasons why you don't have a job already. ? Write a goal to address the aforementioned problems. ? Generate ideas on how to solve these problems. ? Prioritize these ideas based on importance and start with those that will lead you to a job quickly. ? Set deadlines for completing these ideas. ? Establish daily task actions to work on these ideas and accomplish them by the set deadline. ? Keep going until you achieve your goal of getting a job.
I sincerely wish for you to apply this and land a job quickly. When identifying the reasons for joblessness, focus on issues where you can take action and find a solution.
All the best! ??

? Daily search for "skill hiring" (e.g., "Java hiring") in the LinkedIn search box. Look for recent posts and people who have added these skills. Comment on those posts, send connection requests, and track these people separately. For the next two weeks, consistently visit their profiles, comment on all their posts, and follow up with them in direct chat to arrange interviews for yourself.
? Create a strong LinkedIn profile that instills confidence in anyone visiting it, showcasing your expertise in your field.
All the best. Taking the right actions will help you land a job. ??
