He's 21 and is an assistant gm for a restaurant in northern NJ. I hadn't seen him since December except for the occasional FaceTime. He would hate knowing I shared his picture. So, I did.

CBS News commentator Eric Sevareid, coined the saying, "A recession is when your neighbor is out of work. A depression is when you are out of work." Most Americans can't afford to take the time to process the layoff or do yoga. Even though they should take a few days off, they have to get back in the game of job hunting immediately because they cannot afford to take time off.?

They act like if they do a good job, that is enough to protect them and as we already know, that isn't. When I look at making a career recession-proof, it is the actions people take when they are not?#jobhunting?or need a job that offers them a modicum of safety including setting up a?#sidehustle?related to what they do professionally while they are working that gives them?#protection
