Job Search Accountability Group -- Openings Available

Hi friends. Several months ago, I started an accountability group for job seekers. All free, of course. It has been so successful that 3 of us have gotten jobs and WE NEED YOUR HELP! More on that later.

How does it work? First of all, we all have a "pay-it-forward" mindset, so we concentrate on helping one another as we know that our good deeds will come back around to benefit us. Also, none of us have job targets that compete with any other member -- that is, we do not allow more than one of any role (sales, marketing, etc.), allowing for free discussion. Finally, each of us is engaged in a search full-time.

Then, every week, we report to one another about how we did in our job search this past week vs. our plan and what we intend to do next week. We also identify the main issue with which we are struggling and we share any pro tips we have learned. Primarily, we encourage one another, rather than criticize. The mere act of publishing our plans and progress, however, is a powerful motivator to drive each of us to work hard toward results. We have found this very helpful, as demonstrated by our success.

In fact, we have been so successful that WE NEED YOUR HELP! (Yes, we need to shout about it!). Please get in touch with me if you fall into any of these 4 categories:

Thanks to MATT ALLEN for his organization and leadership of this group. I value the accountability and sharing of tools, experiences and best practices like communications and interviewing practice.
