I founded Neighbors-helping-Neighbors USA back in January 2011, when our economy was in a very difficult economic recovery period. We have build an amazing network of volunteer leaders, members and collaborating organizations over that time. The unemployment rate had lowered down to historical levels, but there was still large numbers of people who were underemployed, and those facing various barriers still not experiencing the return to "normal" that most Americans were experiencing.

We just celebrated our 11 Anniversary on Jan 27, 2022. over 1250 people have been directly helped to get back to work, improve their position, or find their first job after graduating school. www.nhnusa.org We have weekly meetings on GoogleMeet every week.

Now here 18 months into the global health crisis, and the resulting economic crisis as a result of COVID19.

At our 9th anniversary meeting, I had presented the need for us to expand our technology to reach more people and to adapt to our changing membership needs.

Our meeting groups that have been running continuously for the past 10+ years were forced to shift meetings from face to face in person to virtual delivery model due to COVID19. Over the year and half we have been conduction our meetings virtually we have been able to include members from distances that were not possible with face to face in person meetings.

We are now gearing up to offer all the online resources we have via our web site, LinkedIn Groups, and facebook groups. We will are offering our very successful meeting model of Neighbors-helping-Neighbors USA via video conferencing, Thursday Nights

This program is to prepare you for the future and with 2020 vision for what you need to do to be able to advance your career, transition to a new career and or just get started upon graduation from school.?

I have incorporated knowledge gained through my "real world" experience cumulated during 40 years working in several different industries and various sizes of companies and various types of organizations both private sector and non-profit and public private.

The knowledge learning in the founding and leading the growth of?Neighbors-helping-Neighbors USA organization into a nationally and international respected organization has provided me with professional contacts with the thousands of professionals, key government officials, industry consultants, career experts and subject matter experts in leadership, job search, workforce, education and nonprofit organizations.
