Job Reservations in Indian Private Sector

Disclaimer: I am not a fan or supporter of any political party...

Just when you think that politics in India cannot get any worse, we have another state government run by "The grand old party otherwise called as Congress Party" brought in a new legislation (currently put on hold due to industry backlash) for job reservations in private sector... Best part is a similar legislation brought in two other states has been termed as unconstitutional and being argued in Supreme Court of India and yet here we are....

British ruled by Divide and Conquer and they left long time back but one party in India still follows this logic even to this day in different ways i.e. The Congress Party. Instead of improving the living standards of the population by bringing in legislation for all Indians, they have created a new method to divide people or maybe the country itself even further...

Look at the glaring mistakes the political parties are making even to this day

1. Freebies during election time at government expense - Salaried people end up paying more taxes and more public borrowing and increase in national debt

2. Farm Loan waivers - Salaried people end up paying more taxes and more public borrowing and increase in national debt

3. Free money to people - Salaried people end up paying more taxes and more public borrowing and increase in national debt

4. Quotas in education, public sector, now private sector based on caste, religion - educated and deserving people loosing the job to incompetent people...
