On 21st September 2023, I had an opportunity to interact with the Tech Leaders of tomorrow from one of the premier technical institutes of India -National Institute of Technology, Goa.

I had conducted a 2 hour session on the relevant topic of Job Readiness- Building An Impactful Job Search Strategy for the meritorious students of the institute. It was an truly a wonderful experience to interact with the CEOs, Entrepreneurs and Startup owners of tomorrow.

It was indeed a wonderful experience for me as well along with the students, their curiosity, attentiveness, level of knowledge, exposure, industry awareness was certainly commendable. The best thing about Gen Z is that, they know exactly what they want, they are open minded, receptive towards the opportunities, and they also know how to fulfill there dreams while achieving their goals.
