Job Opportunity: Transportation Engineer Design/Construction in Spokane, WA!

Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a motivated engineer with strong technical, engineering, and interpersonal skills to serve as a Transportation Engineer 3 in Spokane, WA. This position supports WSDOT’s mission by managing the scope, schedule, and budget of the design and construction of highway projects, while supervising engineering and technical employees in the delivery of these projects. You will also mentor and identify training needs of each team member, ensuring that they obtain the necessary training for career development and the success of the project. This position provides several support activities for construction, design, and PS&E phases of WSDOT projects, which are critical to project completion in all phases. This position will primarily be responsible for leading a team in delivering design projects for the completion of the North Spokane Corridor.
