Languages: Turkish and English (Required)

Work Permit: Valid work permit for Turkey is required

Key Responsibilities:

IT Meeting Support:

• Provide comprehensive support for video conferencing and IT meeting setups.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to meetings, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted experience.
• Provide user support and training, assisting with meeting configurations and device integrations
• Network Support
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and resolve network connectivity issues, security vulnerabilities, and system malfunctions.
• Manage network devices, firewalls, switches, and routers, ensuring proper configuration and maintenance.

Skills required

• Networking: In-depth knowledge of IP networking, routing, and switching.
• Hardware: Experience with networking hardware, such as routers, firewalls, and switches.
• Protocols: Understanding of common networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, and VPN.
• Security: Knowledge of network security practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation.
• Cloud & Collaboration Tools: Proficiency with cloud-based collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace) and video conferencing tools.
• Troubleshooting Tools: Familiarity with network diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, Ping, Traceroute).
• ITIL Knowledge: Understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) framework to ensure high service quality and efficient IT support.
