Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in contract staffing to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting IT professionals, a deep understanding of the technology landscape, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.?

Key Responsibilities:?

Sourcing and Recruiting:?

·Proactively source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for contract positions.

·Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.

·Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.?

Candidate Management:?

·?Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

·Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.

·Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.?

Client Interaction:?

·?Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

·Provide expert advice and market insights to clients regarding talent availability and competitive salary rates.

·Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.?

Process Management:?

·Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

·Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

·Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, pipeline status, and market trends.

Qualifications:

·?Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

·Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in contract staffing.

·?Proven ability to recruit a wide range of IT roles (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.).

·Strong understanding of IT terminology, technologies, and market trends.

·Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
