Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound international customer interactions efficiently.
2. Resolve customer queries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
4. Provide accurate product or service information to customers.
5. Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
6. Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure issue resolution.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely problem-solving.
8. Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and KPIs.
9. Stay updated on product and policy changes to provide accurate guidance.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in international customer service or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
