Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on various technical topics tailored for engineering students.
2. Develop Training Materials: Create detailed and comprehensive training materials, guides, and manuals covering technical subjects that are easy for trainees to understand.
3. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with experts to ensure that the content of the training is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with current industry standards.
4. Support & Guidance for Trainees: Provide personalized support and guidance to help trainees grasp complex technical concepts and foster a positive learning environment.
5. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Use assessments, feedback surveys, and other mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of the training sessions and adjust the content as needed.
6. Stay Updated on Technologies: Continuously research new technologies and industry trends to incorporate cutting-edge knowledge into training programs.
7. Manage Training Schedules: Coordinate training schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.
8. Identify Training Needs: Regularly assess the technical training needs of the organization or institution and recommend solutions that address these needs effectively.
9. Align Training with Business Goals: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the training aligns with organizational objectives and contributes to overall business success.
10. Improve Training Programs: Continuously seek feedback from trainees and colleagues to refine and enhance the quality of training programs.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates with a degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students in technical subjects.
• Strong knowledge in areas like programming, networking, systems, and other engineering disciplines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for easy understanding.
• Organized, with a proactive approach to managing schedules and resources.
• Desire to stay updated on the latest technological advancements.
• Prior experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
