- Candidate Sourcing & Recruiting: Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of open positions across the organization.
- Resume Screening & Initial Interviews: Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication.
- Job Description Development & Posting: Collaborate with the HR team to develop accurate and appealing job descriptions, and post job openings on relevant job boards and platforms.
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Keep the applicant tracking system up-to-date with candidate information and recruitment progress, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Job Fairs & Recruitment Events: Participate in job fairs, career days, and other recruitment events to engage with potential candidates and promote the company’s job opportunities.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparation of necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and introducing them to the company culture.
- HR Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed, including organizing files, handling employee documentation, and responding to inquiries.
- Stay Updated on Recruitment Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and new tools or platforms to enhance the recruitment process.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Personality: A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Experience: Previous internship or experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus, but not required.
