Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify and engage potential candidates for various job openings using job boards, social media, and networking.
2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine suitability for open positions.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication.
4. Onboarding Support: Assist in drafting job offers, processing new hire paperwork, and facilitating onboarding for new employees.
5. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information within the database, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
6. Candidate Support: Act as a point of contact, providing guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
7. Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and refine recruitment strategies.
8. Event Participation: Attend job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
9. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure recruitment practices align with industry standards and legal requirements, and stay updated on trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

• Freshers passionate about Human Resources and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of recruitment platforms, job boards, and professional networking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop within the HR field.
