Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
2. Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and the interview panel.
5. Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
6. Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a smooth hiring process from application to offer stage.
7. Assist in developing recruitment strategies and policies to enhance the hiring process.
8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Freshers with a passion for recruitment and human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
• Laptop is mandatory.
