Key Responsibilities:
- Process Management & End-to-End Recruitment:
- Perform initial and advanced assessment of candidates against defined criteria to ensure the best fit.
- Proactively review and identify the best sources of potential candidates by function and sector for targeted markets.
- Build and maintain an ongoing sourcing process to continuously attract high-quality candidates.
- Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to source candidates from diverse platforms (job boards, social media, etc.).
- Build a talent pool for both current and future organizational requirements.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Manage all candidates effectively throughout the recruitment process, providing excellent support and guidance.
- Ensure candidates’ expectations are managed, offering timely and constructive feedback.
- Communicate the position’s opportunities and the client's value proposition to potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience at every stage of recruitment.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of key client organizations in target industries and countries.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and changes to ensure a competitive recruitment strategy.
- Interact with internal clients in a timely, professional, and responsive manner to address recruitment needs.
- Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies to enhance the recruitment process.
- Participate in client role briefings to understand job requirements, contributing to the development of effective sourcing strategies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment software.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
