Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain updated records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or services.
• Support the team in achieving overall customer service goals and targets.

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (freshers are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Tamil or other regional languages is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes effectively.
