Job Summary

EBASE INFRATECH PVT LTD is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Female Telecaller to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting our sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company’s services and offerings.
• Identify and generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide detailed information about the company’s real estate projects, resolving customer queries effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain an updated database of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
• Participate in team meetings to strategize and improve sales outreach efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 1-3 years in Telecalling, Telesales, or a similar role in Sales & Marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant and persuasive personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
• Prior experience in the Real Estate sector is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages will be an advantage.
