Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and identify potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Assist in creating and posting job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
5. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
6. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
8. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to build company presence.
9. Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in the HR/recruitment field.
