Job Opportunity: Fish Passage Continuous Improvement and Outreach Lead in Olympia, WA!

Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Fish Passage Continuous Improvement and Outreach Lead (TPS5) in Olympia, WA. This position reports to the Fish Passage Delivery Manager and leads the Fish Passage Program Continuous Improvement and Public Outreach team. WSDOT’s fish passage program is a highly complex multi-billion dollar program. In this technical role, you will interface with Agency Executives, Region Engineering Managers, Project Engineers, Communications, and Technical Specialists to support the efficient and successful delivery of the Fish Passage Program. Components of work include directing program-level critical continuous improvement efforts ensuring the effectiveness of large-scale process engineering projects from project proposals through implementation of solutions. In this role, you will make decisions on implementation of Program-level critical evaluations to assess the effectiveness of multiple technical disciplines and program areas working in alignment to ensure the Fish Passage Program meets established Program-level performance goals and compliance requirements.
