Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a facility maintenance professional to fill the role of Facilities Planner 1 in Spokane, WA. This position will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of Eastern Region buildings and sites regionwide. In this role, you will ensure completion of corrective and preventative maintenance work and support emergent needs work on plant mechanical and plumbing equipment, building structures and water/sewer systems for regionwide Capital Facilities and Safety Rest Area sites and buildings. At WSDOT, affordable and functional workspace in good repair is an important part of the Agency's ability to deliver a sustainable and integrated multimodal transportation system. Facility maintenance and improvements are essential to efficient and effective delivery of our program.
