Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT)?is seeking a dedicated, adaptable, and motivated individual to serve as the Confidential Secretary for the Olympic Region in Lacey, Washington. Doubling as an Executive Assistant and Confidential Secretary, you will be the primary point of contact for the Region Administrator (RA), and others on the RA leadership team, engaging on their behalf with agency partners across the region.?In addition to performing a variety of administrative duties, you will frequently use independent judgement in a high-pressure environment to manage day-to-day operations. This position is critical to and directly supports the RA in managing and coordinating activities to accomplish the agency's mission. We are looking for someone who is self-directed, has a proven track record as someone who takes initiative, dedicated to excellent customer service, able to demonstrate good judgment, and works successfully in diverse environments. We are seeking candidates who have outstanding writing and communication experience and the ability to effectively collaborate with other support staff to successfully deliver the region’s products and services.?
