Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Engineer 3 to serve as the Olympic Region Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) Coordinator. This work includes providing support for MicroStation, InRoads/OpenRoads, and ProjectWise for Olympic Region employees. The Transportation Engineer 3 also serves as a Design Team Leader who is responsible for the successful completion and delivery of highway transportation projects. They supervise and lead assigned design staff, coordinate work activities, set priorities, develop and update the project schedule and budget, coordinate with specialty groups, provide direction and guidance, review work products for quality and completeness, and communicate project status with the Plans Engineer.?
