Salary : MYR 5,000.00 - MYR 12,000.00
- Accountable for developing businesses for ELSA in Digital Talent & Digital Learning solutions including integrated learning, development, talent management software & services.
- Work closely with internal Digital Talent Solutions colleagues in generating opportunities and delivering strategic selling.
- Work closely Principal Partners (Software Provider, System Integrators) to promote, sell and implement Digital Learning & Digital Talent software & services.
- Targeted clients are those in the area of Human Capital / Talent Management / Learning & Development / Transformation.
- Targeted industries are those in all Private & Public Sectors.
- Responsible to understand the offering and capability of the department which can then assist in business development activities.
- Lead, drive and grow both new and existing business to achieve department business goals, especially in sales target.
- Build, maintain and retain client relationship to achieve department business goals.
- Aggressively seek new business opportunity and establish optimize growth for existing businesses.
- Propose, develop and implement sales cycle plans & strategies to achieve sales, drive growth and profitability.
- 7 to 10 years in Sales & Business Development - Experienced Business Development and Sales Background, with extensive network in Human Capital / Human Resources an advantage and of preference.
