About the Role:

They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in recruiting. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for various contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions. You will play a crucial role in identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth hiring process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions
2. Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting tools to identify potential candidates
3. Conduct phone interviews and assess technical skills of candidates
4. Coordinate interviews and follow-up communication with candidates and hiring managers- Build and maintain a network of IT professionals for future opportunities
5. Stay current on industry trends and market changes to effectively attract top talent
6. Work closely with account managers to fully understand client requirements
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
8. Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets to ensure company goals are met.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic understanding of IT terminologies and job roles.
• Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
