We would like to request hiring application engineer for High voltage heater business opportunity of electrical vehicle(PHEV).

Position Summary

Experienced application engineer for High Voltage Heater to performs varied technical assignments of a general professional nature.

Managing junior application engineers engaged in the research, design, testing and development.

Key Accountabilities (Key Roles & Responsibilities)

 Knowledge of advanced aspects of products/processes that are managed.

 Experienced and capable in building, leading, and motivating teams. Understands human resource management and development skills.

 Use of technical training and experience to perform engineering work. Includes items listed in previous level

 Actively involved to resolve special problems.

 Provides direction and implements policy for staff

 Set strategic planning and guide junior application engineers for product area and process including below areas;

? Identify customer requirements

? Design systems and products

? Read design specifications and technical drawings

? Make models and prototypes of products using three-dimensional design software

? Liaise with others in the design team

? Communicate with clients and contractors

? Attend meetings on site

? Design and conduct tests

? Record, analyses and interpret test data

Past Positions : Senior application Engineer

 Years of Experience : 5~ 12 Years

 Accomplishments

Experience in developing automotive electronic components

Experience in design and development of Automotive components

Functional/Technical Skills

Experience in developing automotive electronic components with overseas customers

Preferential personnel with experience in design and development of EV power components

 University education majored in Electronic, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

More than 10 years engineering experience in automotive industry

 Strong technical/engineering background 

 Strong customer focused mind set, ownership, strategic thinking and customer interface skill

 Fluent English skill in written and verbal to do engineering communication with global organization

 Flexibility in job assignment

-Working experience in components or systems for Automotive industry.

- Working experience in HKMC or global automotive tier 1

- Customer relationship already built
