Job Summary:

They are seeking an experienced React JS Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves developing high-quality JavaScript (ES6) code for React applications, optimizing performance, integrating third-party dependencies, and collaborating with backend engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React, JavaScript, CSS3, and be proficient in handling complex features and UI/UX issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop high-quality JavaScript (ES6) code for our React applications.
2. Coordinate with backend engineers to establish JSON-based APIs.
3. Optimize applications for maximum speed and compatibility.
4. Integrate third-party dependencies and debug dependency conflicts.
5. Multitask seamlessly, maintaining a positive attitude and a client-first mentality.
6. Incorporate engineering best practices, methodologies, and standards in all deliverables.
7. Pay close attention to detail and follow specifications and mockups (pixel perfect).
8. Make recommendations to address UI/UX issues.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of web application development.
• Extensive experience in React, JavaScript, ES6, and CSS3.
• Proven experience with React or React Native and Redux.
• Experience building complex features and interfaces for React applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with version control tools (Git) and NPM.
• Deep understanding of data structures, data flow, AJAX, and CRUD operations.
• Solid knowledge of web app development practices.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
