Job description

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Extensive TAC experience in the Networking domain?

·Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with business and technical teams?

·Advanced expertise in packet capture-level troubleshooting?

·Proficiency with Arista equipment is highly desirable?

·Deep understanding of Spine-leaf architecture (L2LS/L3LS), MLAG, VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF, and other networking protocols?

·Advanced knowledge in monitoring and managing Arista setups

·Experience with OS patch upgrades and vulnerability management for Arista devices?

·Expertise in module configurations, optimisations, and additional feature configuration?

·Induction of new Arista switches into the running fabric, including UAT and hardening?

·High-level troubleshooting of hardware/software issues in coordination with Arista TAC?

·Creation of detailed action plans for updates/patches and bug fixes

·Extensive documentation updates to HLD & LLD, including detailed diagrams?

·Development of advanced automation solutions using APIs on Arista platforms?
