Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle international customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
2. Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
3. Resolve customer issues and queries by providing appropriate solutions.
4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
5. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
6. Upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service.
8. Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.
9. Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs set by the management.
10. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and performance.

Qualification:

• Undergraduate / Graduate (Both are eligible)

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process

Working Days:

• 5 days working
• 2 days off
