Job Summary:

Ananta Resource Management is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working on Various Client Vacancies: Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and work on filling their vacancies.
2. Posting Jobs: Post job openings on various social media platforms and job portals to attract potential candidates.
3. Screening & Sourcing Resumes: Review resumes and applications, and identify suitable candidates for the job roles.
4. Conducting Interviews: Conduct initial interviews with selected candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position.
5. Daily Review & Coordination Meetings: Attend daily review and coordination meetings to discuss recruitment progress and strategies.
6. Training Team Members: Assist in training and onboarding new team members to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their roles.
7. Submitting Resumes: Submit shortlisted candidates' resumes to the client or manager for further review and consideration.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; any prior experience in recruitment or HR will be a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in using social media and job portals for recruitment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
