Health And Wellness is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join their team in Delhi. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, screening, and hiring top talent for their organization through various social media platforms. This position offers a pathway to growth, with the potential to advance into a Team Manager role within 2-3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others to source and recruit candidates effectively.
2. Post job openings, create engaging content, and engage with potential candidates on social media platforms.
3. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the initial stages of the recruitment process.
4. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship management.
5. Provide information about the company, job opportunities, and the recruitment process to candidates.
6. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
7. Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-up with candidates as needed.
8. After 2-3 months, as the team grows, take on additional responsibilities as a Team Manager.
9. Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
10. Ensure the team operates efficiently and maintains high standards of candidate experience.

Qualification:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional networking and recruitment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
