Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures
2. Coordinate recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
3. Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee relations
4. Conduct training and development programs for staff
5. Manage employee performance evaluations and provide feedback
6. Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws
7. Handle discipline and termination procedures as needed
8. Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover rates and absenteeism
9. Work closely with management to address HR issues and concerns
10. Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
