Job Summary:

The HR Manager will support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role involves implementing HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating onboarding and training programs, and assisting in the development of a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also be responsible for addressing employee inquiries, conducting exit interviews, and supporting the HR Director in strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
2. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
3. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals and employee development plans.
5. Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
7. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
8. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
9. Collaborate with HR Director on strategic HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR roles
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
