Position Overview: EVOX is seeking a seasoned Senior HR & TALENT acquisition Manager with a proven track record of excellence in HR management. This pivotal role encompasses strategic talent acquisition, efficient operations management, and fostering a dynamic and engaged workforce.?
The Senior HR & TALENT acquisition Manager will play a crucial part in driving recruitment efforts and streamlining departmental coordination, ensuring optimal organizational performance, and contributing to strategic value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
1.????Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent for senior positions.
2.????Utilize strong negotiation skills to ensure optimal candidate fit and alignment with organizational goals.
3.????Focus on talent retention strategies, fostering a culture of engagement and growth to retain high-performing employees.
Operations and Strategic Coordination:?
1.????Spearhead performance management initiatives, developing robust KRA/KPI frameworks and ensuring achievement across the board.
2.????Manage day-to-day operations, relieving the management of operational involvement and empowering them to focus on strategic initiatives.
3.????Oversee monthly departmental review meetings, extracting insights and making informed?decisions to drive organizational success.
Policy Development and Implementation:?
Develop and implement effective HR policies, ensuring seamless integration and adherence across the organization.
1.????Innovate and strategize to enhance HR departmental development, contributing to the growth and efficiency of the HR function.
Employee Engagement and Development: 9. Drive employee engagement initiatives through the junior HR team, overseeing attendance, leave management, and related policies.
1.????Establish a robust feedback system, encouraging team members to contribute suggestions for organizational improvement.
2.????Collaborate with management to define departmental objectives and align HR strategies with overall business goals.
3.????Driving all admin related work through junior HR?
?Metrics Analysis and Compliance:?
1. Analyses HR metrics including turnover, retention, performance, and cost per hire to derive insights and recommendations for process enhancement.
2.?Lead in-house recruitment drives, actively participating in talent acquisition efforts to secure the best-fit candidates.
3.?Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, maintaining a sound legal framework within HR operations.
Budgeting and Strategic Planning:
1. Define and manage the budget for HR programs, allocating resources strategically to maximize impact.
2.?Collaborate with junior HR managers to assess employee career progression, skill development, and potential paths within the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
·???????Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
·???????Proven experience (6+) in senior HR management roles, emphasizing recruitment, operations, and strategic leadership.
·???????Expertise in talent acquisition, negotiation, and talent retention strategies.
·???????Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and legal requirements.
·???????Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
·???????Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.
·???????Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
