Responsibilities?

As the Head of Data Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s data strategy and driving product impact. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing the data analytics function from scratch.
• Optimizing and enhancing the existing data analysis infrastructure (Firebase, Amplitude, Segment, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, S3, GCP Buckets, and complex SQL).
• Ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across the company.
• Creating insightful reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
• Leading A/B testing initiatives to improve key business and product metrics.
• Generating hypotheses and uncovering insights to drive business growth.
• Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to develop predictive metrics for faster decision-making.
• Promoting a data-driven culture across the organization.
• Utilizing data visualization tools like Tableau and Amplitude to present data effectively.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• Extensive experience in data analytics, data science, and data engineering.
• Expertise in SQL, ETL scripting, and DWH data pipelines.
• Strong ability to transform complex data into compelling narratives.
• Business acumen to connect data insights with high-level company goals.
• A proactive approach, proposing and implementing data-driven solutions.
• Leadership skills to build and manage an analytics team.
• Startup experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
