Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and open Demat accounts.
2. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring their financial needs are met.
3. Offer personalized financial advice and guidance to clients based on their investment goals.
4. Conduct thorough market research to inform clients' decisions and provide insights on market trends.
5. Create tailored investment proposals and present them to clients, ensuring they align with client objectives.

7. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional financial products and services that benefit clients.

10. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.

Requirements & Skills:

• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
