Advisor Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management: Handle the company’s social media platforms, creating and managing advertisements to promote our brand and attract potential candidates.
2. Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media posts, including images, videos, and copy, that align with the company’s brand and objectives.
3. Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor social media advertising campaigns to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness.
4. Audience Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a community around our brand on social media.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Screening: Shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience, ensuring they meet the specific terms and conditions of the project.
2. Interview Coordination: Invite shortlisted candidates for interviews, coordinating schedules with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth interview process.
3. Database Management: Maintain an organized database of candidates, tracking their progress through the recruitment pipeline.
4. Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback in a timely manner.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role and ensure candidates are a good fit for the team and project.

Qualifications and Skills:
