Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and helping new employees settle into the organization.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate and timely information.
• Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events and team-building activities.

• Assist in handling employee queries and resolving minor HR-related issues.
• Contribute to the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the HR team in planning and executing training programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
• Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach.
