Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Conduct phone interviews to screen potential candidates and assess their fit for the role.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
4. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
5. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and objectives- Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates.
6. Make job offers and negotiate terms of employment with candidates- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
8. Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or experience in HR/recruitment is a plus but not required.
