Key Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions within the company
2. Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for the organization
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
4. Develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to find qualified candidates
5. Maintain candidate databases and track recruiting metrics
6. Coordinate job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment activities
7. Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Basic understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
