Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, helping to resolve their queries and providing an exceptional customer service experience. This role is perfect for freshers who are passionate about customer service and are looking to start their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution.

Requirements:
