We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven to fill position of Deputy General Manager based near Pontianak, West Kalimantan to direct and manage our processing plant, business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.
DGM Position Requirements & Job Responsibilities:
Requirements:
·????????Degree in Engineering or Science discipline or Business management or Business administration.
·????????Min 8 - 12 Years of proven experience in a managerial Position in Food Processing Industry - Preferably Coconut products processing company in Indonesia
·????????Good knowledge of cross functional activities.
·????????Strong leadership qualities.
·????????Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English, collaboration and delegation
·????????Highly organized & Strong work ethic.
·????????Good interpersonal skills.
·????????Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
·????????Meticulous attention to detail.
·????????Computer literate.
·????????Proactive nature.
Responsibilities:
Deputy General Manager Responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people development and be productive.
·????????Overseeing and control daily Factory operations, including production planning.
·????????Developing and implementing growth strategies.
·????????Training low-level managers and staff.
·????????Creating and managing Operational budgets.
·????????Hiring & Training, Monitoring & Motivate key-staff & employees
·????????Improving internal processes for better efficiency & Productivity

·????????Lead the Purchase department related to Equipment, spare part and chemicals
·????????Coordinate with external certification bodies to get the on time audits and ensure to implement the system up to date
·????????Coordinate with PPIC for proper production plan and Inventory management
·????????Daily, Weekly & Monthly review meetings coordination with marketing & Operational teams
