Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead sourcing expert to join our insurance agency branch team. The primary role of the Lead sourcing expert is to generate leads for insurance customers and insurance agents for the branch. They will drive the lead funnel of the branch sales and will be critical in supporting the ARDM's/sellers. They will be responsible for conducting various field activities to collect leads for the branch. They will be working with a team of 3 promoters under them, and will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and reviewing their tasks and achieving branch lead targets.

?Key Responsibilities:
Design and conduct various field activities to collect leads for the branch. Identify potential locations in the city with high foot fall and plan for relevant activities.
Generate leads for insurance customers and insurance agents (recruitment) for the branch.
Drive the lead funnel of the branch sales and support the ARDM's/sellers.
Work with BMs, ARDMs and agents to plan the lead requirement for the branch and prepare the plan for achieving the same
Work with a team of 3 promoters under them and plan, monitor, and review their tasks.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, ARDMs and agents.

Help in lead warmups, focus on dedicated segments of agents – new and old and plan strategies to supply leads to them
Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Provide monthly report of progress to programme manager at HO
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
?Qualifications and Skills:
At least 3 years of experience in lead generation or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other lead generation-related software.
