In this position, you will support the development of Bulle Media and its Europod network of podcasts, through video productions. You will work in a growing multicultural team of enthusiastic young professionals in journalism, podcasting and European affairs, in an inspiring and challenging work environment.
Your mission will be to test, together with the rest of the team, the addition of video productions to Bulle Media’s consolidated podcast business. Foreseeable productions might include:?
- promotional videos for Bulle Media’s and Europod’s social media channels (Instagram, Youtube and other),
- event-related videos during happenings organized by Bulle Media in Brussels,
- promotional videos for clients of Bulle Media to be used in a variety of ways.
- Part-time employee or freelancer
- Monthly pay-rate range: 1,500.00 - 1,900.00 Euro
- Languages: French/English
- Job location: Brussels / Teleworking 2 days a week.
- From June 2022 until December 31st 2022
- Conceptualization: work jointly with Ed-in-chief and the Head of communication, marketing and audience development on the development of potential video formats.
- Logistics: organize shootings in the office and outside of the office.
- Editing and mixing: manage the post-production process, from editing to mixing and exporting files.
- You have proven experience in video making both, through your own equipment and footage, and through online tools and stock footage (at least 1 year). You can put your own equipment at disposal. Ideally, you are also familiar with Photoshop or other offline or online editing tools.
- You are a creative person that feels at ease with a multicultural and multilingual environment.
- You definitely have an eye for style.
- Interest in European and current affairs, as well as knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
