JOB OFFER - How to evaluate, accept or decline it
“Congratulations – You got the job offer” – is the statement makes you feel happy and proud of yourself especially during the pandemic situation. Before you initiate a job interview, check for the company profile, reviews, and the services they offer. After an evaluation to yourself with the job and experience that you hold – You should always look before you leap.

When you have a demand, talk to your employer about the requirement you have. If there are any possibilities for employers to offer demand. You need not waste the offer. In case, the demand is not accepted, you can directly say the employer regarding your inconvenience, or you can also drop a polite email regarding your offer decline status.

For instance, Timeliness is more important than connecting on the phone, so if reaching someone by phone would add days to the process, go ahead and send an email. Just add a note like, “I’d hoped to reach you on the phone, but wasn’t able to reach you and didn’t want to delay the process.”
