POSITION: PROPERTY CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
- Oversees and monitors all construction projects;?
- Material requisition for the construction projects and repairs;?
- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies;?
- Timekeeper of construction projects and repairs;?
- Manages construction workers by locating, evaluating, and selecting workers, monitoring and performance evaluation;?
- Assists Assistant Property Manager in all construction-related projects;?
- Meet construction budget by monitoring project expenditures;?
- Help develop and implement the budget for the department;?
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures;?
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.?
- Inspection of all properties’ equipment and systems to identify issues;?
- Repair faulty and defective equipment units and damaged structures;?
- Manage electrical, sanitary, plumbing, and air conditioning systems to guarantee functionality;?
- Plan and schedule repairs
- Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.?
- Perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks
