2 年It’s so important to know just how damaging burnout can be! And it’s just as important being able to see the signs in our own lives. One thing that particularly stood out to me was sleep and exercise. It’s amazing what a good night sleep can do for the body, or just how refreshed both physically, mentally, and emotionally one can be after a good workout. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us Yvonne! It’s a highly recommended read! ??
