Position details:

Reports to: Financial Manager
Job description / core competencies:
Manage full debtors process.
Produce monthly management accounts.
Process relevant year-end journal entries.
Cashflow management and forecast.
Assist in annual budget compilation.
Oversee annual financial statements process.
Monthly VAT reconciliation.
Manage the SLA Process.
Manage outsourced activities.
Supplier reconciliation and negotiation.
HR Function:
- Legal documentation (client contract, etc.)
- New employee onboarding.
- KPA.
- Performance appraisals – salary increases.

Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Qualifications:
BCom Degree.
Completed Articles.
CIMA Qualified (or in progress).

Experience & knowledge:
Completed articles at registered auditing/accounting firm.
Computer skills and extensive experience in Excel (beneficial).
Cost accounting & standard cost principles essential.
