Joanne Creighton appointed new CEO of Glaucoma UK

?Glaucoma UK is delighted to announce the appointment of Joanne Creighton as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Joanne will take up the role in late April 2022.

?Joanne has over 20 years of senior management experience in the charity sector and joins Glaucoma UK from the Canterbury Oast Trust, where she has held the role of CEO for the past seven years.

?Announcing the appointment, Professor Philip Bloom, Chair of the Board of Trustees for Glaucoma UK, said:

“On behalf of the Board of Trustees, I am delighted to welcome Joanne Creighton as our new CEO. She brings great experience and a deep knowledge of the wider healthcare sector to our organisation and has a real commitment to Glaucoma UK’s values.
