Jo Cox MP

Devastated to hear the news about Jo Cox. We were working closely with her at work in our joint desire to end social isolation amongst older people (Jo was trying to pull together a Parliamentary Commission). Jo also agreed to be the face of a recent re-launch of our home from hospital service serving her constituency. She was totally committed to social justice across all of society as well as being a thoroughly decent human being. I don't usually get to spend time with MPs but can only hope that the majority of them are as decent and true to their calling as Jo.  Thoughts are with her family and a former work colleague and good friend who went on to work for Jo. Rest in peace Jo
